The LIKARR Evergreen Program provides a comprehensive, yet simple means of achieving green building compliance where building designs maintenance best practices and labor issues are merged into one arena.  Our team is focused on achieving maximum sustainable operations and life cycle cost savings for your facility.  Our objective is to provide solutions that have a positive impact on the the building's environmental and financial bottom line.

LIKARR Maintenance Systems has an internal Quality Assurance team that vigorously examines, tests, and assures that all components certified under the Evergreen Program comply with the most vigorous set of Green Certifications.  No less than ten certifications compile the Evergreen Certification including but not limited to Green Seal, LEED-U.S. Green Building, Earth Friendly, Healthy Child Healthy World, American Lung Association, and Design for the Environment.

LIKARR is committed to helping buildings achieve LEED-EB Certification.  The U.S. Green Building Council assesses facilitiy's green sustainable programs and awards points based on the evaluation of 7 areas: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental air quality,   innovation in operations, and regional priority.  Through LIKARR's Evergreen Program, your building will be able to achieve LEED-EB certification.
