BOSTON-CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, New England's leading full-service commercial real estate services firm and a proud partner of LIKARR Maintenance Systems, brokered the sale of 6 Perry Drive in Foxborough, Mass., representing the seller, Possible Dreams, Inc.
Likarr, Inc., a full provider of integrated maintenance solutions for commercial, institutional, and government facilities, purchased the 55,000-square-foot property from Possible Dreams for $1.9 million.
Likarr occupied a smaller space in the industrial park prior to the sale. The purchase allowed the company to expand while not disrupting daily operations. Likarr plans to divide the single-story space into two work areas.
Ed Jarosz, Hunter Emerson and Robert Gibson of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial R.E. Co. represented the buyer.
"This sale certainly reflects the recent flight to purchasing by industrial users in the wake of the lower interest rate environment. Itis a very functional warehouse building that offers Likarr a lot of flexibility going forward," said Mr. Emerson.
6 Perry Drive is a 55,000-square-foot, single-story warehouse building located in the Fox Hill Industrial Park in Foxborough, Mass. The property offers excellent access to Route 95 and Route 495 and immediate access to Route 1. |
